How it works
- The converter reads the text and its position on each page.
- Text on the same line becomes a row, and wide gaps become new columns.
- Numbers like $1,250.00 become real numbers you can add up.
- Each page gets its own tab, plus an All pages tab.
Good to know
- Works with PDFs that contain real text. Scanned pages are pictures and need OCR first.
- Complex layouts may need a quick clean-up in Excel.
- Nothing is stored. Close the tab and it is gone.
Tips for invoice PDFs
- Convert several invoices one after another and paste the line items into one sheet.
- Check the totals row against the PDF before you rely on it.
- Track who owes what with a proper invoice tracker once the data is in.
Next step
The Invoice Tracker turns rows like these into a working record: see who owes you and how late they are.
