How it works
- The converter reads the text and its position on each page.
- Text on the same line becomes a row, and wide gaps become new columns.
- Numbers like $1,250.00 become real numbers you can add up.
- Each page gets its own tab, plus an All pages tab.
Good to know
- Works with PDFs that contain real text. Scanned pages are pictures and need OCR first.
- Complex layouts may need a quick clean-up in Excel.
- Nothing is stored. Close the tab and it is gone.
Tips for purchase order PDFs
- Keep one row per item so partial deliveries are easy to mark.
- Add a Received column with the date each line arrives.
- Compare the PO to the supplier invoice before paying.
